And tag panelists @Benjamin Cox and @Ben Murphy
In line with the BRIMM goal of driving transformation in the mining sector in the Micro-Diploma in Economic Leadership for Mining Professionals we believe that open cross-discipline discussion of challenges faced by the industry is key to success in our Industry. As part of the program we encourage participants to connect and network with class members and other industry professionals via the LinkedIn platform.
To this end we strongly encourage program participants to post about topics or questions raised in classes via the LinkedIn platform to encourage engagement. To ensure maximum benefit to all course participants please label and discussion you post around the course with the hash tag containing BRIMM and the course number. For example, a topic or question about matters discussed in the first course, ‘Introduction to Mineral Processing and Exploration Economics’ (101) the tag would be #BRIMM101. For the ‘Economic Sustainability Course’ (103) it would be #BRIMM103.
In addition if you would like a response from the program panelists on your post please use the @ function and start typing the panelists name, this should trigger a drop box where you can select the their name and will alert them to the post. Upon being tagged our panelists will endeavor to respond to your post within a day continuing the discussion.
Do NOT post questions on program operation, fees, certification, or other housekeeping matters on LinkedIn. Instead, please send email to [email protected]imm.ubc.ca
